Hi there Canefan. I disappear from time to time fighting bouts of deep depression. Anyway, been "gone" for a while. Thanks for checking in. I was going to post something today. Both transplants died. But not before I took 4 clones. The clones seem to be doing well. I am trying to post some photos. I noticed in some of your earlier photos that you were growing in a greenhouse and on your patio. How's the political climate in C.R.? I would be a fool to try anything like that here. I was legal in the States and it took a while to adjust to the Nazi climate again, I've been out of the States for 5 years now. All of this is brought on by the way by the U.S. DEA and general medaling. They are all over the place here, foul creatures that they are. Anyway let's see if I can post these photos, I included a pic of the dead mom. - O.G.

I haven't heard from you in awhile. I hope that everything is going well for you. Things here are pretty much the same, the plants are doing well, I have one that is almost ready to harvest. Yes I got the nicotine info. Instead I decided to do a radical transplant, hosing off the roots clean and transplanting them in new and healthier dirt. They seemed it respond well immediately, I think cleaning the roots helped. I have only done that kind of transplant once before and it went well. I had a fence post I put in 4 years ago bud recently. It's common for fresh fence posts to bud. So cloning here is pretty easy. Sorry about your woes. I'll post something in a couple of days re the transplants. The are a little late to transplant, 3 weeks into bud and forming colas.

Yes, things still are not right I don't have private messages now, I feel lost. All that I had done and saved in links and such is gone, vida. I dont know if it is this box I'm suppose to respond in or not. The same with the "friend request", I dont know if I did it right or not. Anyway, my 28 year old and youngest son is a killer grower. He is totally into the advanced side of things. When I visit him I have to "sneek" up on the pipe. I've never really perfected the ability to take a half a hit! How's your heart doing? I feel much better living the lifestile I am living. And I am much healthier and yes it does seem to keep you young. Do you live in the mountains or are you coastal. I am at sea level. My biggest problem is ants. There are so many ants and so many species of ants that it is unfreaking believable. When I have an infestation in a pot I do extreme ebb and flow for a day or two. If you have that problem how do you control it? Other than that I love growing in the jungle.

Well old gringo ...mucho gusto. Good to hear that there are still a few of us kicking around. I just got back from Panama and managed a few seeds to bring back. Glad that some of us old guys get to see how all these kids do it today, the genetics are better than we had. Somehow, the younger ones seem to not have the passion with their grows that we grew up with back in the 60's and 70's. Sounds like you are living the healthy life now also, being down here keeps me young, glad to hear about your new wife and child. This has been a restart of my life the last 3 years and glad I am not back in the states, lol, I think we ahead of the power curve in getting out.
