I just water rodi water a bit with syringe directly onto the netpot until roots are down.. usually the roots form and dip down into the reservoire within a week or so if the gap is within a couple centimeters. I would think it is not a good practice to keep the netpot and medium wet with nutes.

Thank you Jedi. I just learned that commercial aeroponics often do require pressures higher than 1500psi for the main tank, but since the pressure is high only upon recharging and is always dropping with uses until the recharge, the tank would not experience drastical temperature change.. hence...

Hi Jackson. I use the ordinary air compressor used for filling up car tires. Even manual hand or pedal pumps used for bicycle tires can be used.. but I only need about 80psi; any higher may need something more robust which I am not really familiar with yet
