Thanks everyone, it's gnats for sure, they are flying around the base of the plant. I have dunked the roots in a peroxide water mix to kill any larvae and got some sticky yellow pest strips and it's worked so far! There's a shit ton of them stuck to the strips, a lot more than I thought was in...
