It depends on your budget Mars hydro are having a sale can't go wrong with that see if you can afford them they have full starter kits in various sizes lots of growers on here use Mars myself included

Even the new Mars hydro fc6500 would be so much better more watts and the new strip lights which is the newest technology

That's unfortunate not heard good things about California lightworks no way you can return it you could get a much better light for around same money not trying to piss on your bonfire before you start but I'm not sure that light will flower a 4×4
