hey bro.. to answer your question: I use two 400W metal halide lights in my veg room. In my flower room I have four 400W HPS lights. One over each reservoir. I'm switching all my reservoirs to hold 5 plants each, for a small SOG grow in each one. I've decided I like this method the best. very short veg times, and excellent flowering results. -S
