hey man. so yeah id be more than happy to help ya out. i was refering to farmington hills but im pretty close to rochester hills. if your doing a perpetual grow i def suggest going with clones. four rooms or tents, one veg one moms and two flower. your allowed twelve so start with three moms and every month cut three clones and chop three plants. two flower rooms so you can have one room for week 1-4 and one for week 5-9 that way your harvesting every month rather than every two months.
i dont know about soma seeds cuz i havent tried em yet. if your not getting fem seeds go with tga if you want only fem (good idea in your situation) then go for something like barneys farm or someone well known.
