Have you considered tomcat over apache? I only suggest it since vmware uses tomcat as well.

any hardware store should carry them, the big box ones most likely will. Probably any of the big box retail stores as well. Hardware store would be best bet. I have never seen a 3 pack of these. Only sold individually or maybe with a bigger pair but have not ever seen more than 1 of these sold...

there is a formula, just do a search for c02 formula on here or google. you probably will find a site that all you do is punch in the numbers and it will spit out the time it needs to be on for.

yep should be. I haven't tested it but hell we would melt and drink it in the outback. Just make sure you give it time to warm up enough before watering the plants so you don't shock the rootzone with colddddd water.. obviously :)
