Hey, getting hash around nepal(ktm) shouldn't be much a problem but these last few month cops have cracking down on dealers too often and even growers. Its been difficult. Umm... about walking into a restaurant, asking the waiter for weed/hash and expecting to get some - i dont think so... sorry dude... but you will get some if you look round
