I built many many towers.3 legged, mono poles,4 legs, you name it.I used to climb 1500 feet just to change light bulbs.I painted many towers orange and white.I used to like to get high while I was getting high

and btw ,the tool bag is called a "gut bag"
That is way kewl you are down with heights, what was it that made you stop, fear or good ol' common sense...lol

Peace

I'd like to see these installed for voting purposes in all national elections.

"Got a ballot? O.K., the boxes are up there, ready...go."

Also for candidate selection purposes.

"O.K., all you have to do now is climb this tower and sign form ID-1OT and you can run for office....go."

100% better then voting lie we have now

my buddies and I used to climb radio towers for fun. We all worked construction and would wear our toolbelts up loaded w/ beers.

Lucky we never fell off, or got fried by the radio waves and shit.

ahhhh, the days of being young and dumb.......now i'm just old and dumb ;)

Holy hell, I was sitting on my rolling chair watching it! So when I was dazed into it I rolled the chair, when the guy was at the very top and I felt like I fell off. Insane!

With a safety line it might be OK but not freestyle, fuck that shit man. Balls of steel though no doubt

It's not the heights that bother me, it's pretty much the basically 12 penny nail your hanging from that I don't like..
I've been in plenty of airplanes and never got scared of being miles high, but add in hanging on tiny lil things and I'd not be too thrilled..

Freestyle with a parachute, Ill do it!
Ditto here, what I find odd is the fact I have no fear of jumping from an airplane...yet cleaning a radio tower scares the hell out of me.

And I'm afraid of scaffolding, b/c it always wobbles and you are forced to look down to keep your feet.
