Your plant's feeding needs will vary depending on several factors. Just keep an eye on the plant, and when you notice the lower leaves turning a lighter color than "normal," introduce nutrients at about 50% less ( or even less) than the suggested dosage and work up from there. Your soil may last about 3-4 weeks or longer...or less. Maybe someone experienced with FF can give more details.

As for nutes, I'm a fan of Dyna-Gro foliage Pro and Bloom!

This past summer I used ocean forest as my growing medium with Sensi Grow and Bloom as my base nutrient I started using it over Grow Big and Tiger Bloom because there is no calcium in either one... I would just substitute Grow Big/Tiger Bloom for Sensi Grow/ Bloom and use Big Bloom to provide organics, B vitamins, and enzymes to your nutrient solution... Don't forget to balance your fresh water and nutrient solution to 6.3 to prevent nutrient lockout

Why grow in soil and use expensive synthetic nutes? You already spent a bundle on soil thats loaded with nutes so simply finishing off with Jacks would produce splendidly, its what I use on everything I grow in dirt. No need for expensive liquid nutes in an expensive soil.
