Ive had to interact with state government a lot for one of my old jobs. Seems like an inordinate number of low level workers are minorities. I just speculate as to why.

I can speculate that a larger than average number of TSA employees are minorities because property value adjacent to airports is lower. They are big providers of a living wage.

You've demonstrated your lack of understanding again. In a free market situation, there would not BE airport feel ups, the airlines being free would not be policed by the perv patrol, they would provide their own security or not.

Airline policy may demand it though. So, feel ups could remain, choices are taken away probably.

Regulation is another word for control of other peoples property. Government control of private industry does not equate to a free market. Next you'll tell me there is a reason cannabis is regulated. Why do you like the methods of prohibitionists so much?

Choices? They might or they might not. In a free market consumers can speak with their $$. In an unfree market, the existing one, that option is removed.

If choice is important, those that want to fly Feel Up Air Lines would be free to do so and those that do not could either give their business to somebody else or would be free to start a business that provides that service.

No, responsibility to restitute a harmed person is what protects a consumer. Alot of regulation fails to achieve that, it is also often very arbitrary and politically motivated to reward sponsors of political contributions.

By aligning the interests of the service provider with the consumer you can arrive at a win-win.

By removing the responsibility to restitute or by creating government sponsored shields such as corporations, protection of the consumer falters. Traffic lights can be a good thing, but they are also very useful to generate revenue for the oppressors and as an avenue to create an excuse to intrude into peaceful peoples lives.

TSA is a federal agency and, as such, US military veterans receive hiring preference. Collectively across the services, males outnumber females. Hence the gender distribution. As for minorities, they are well represented in the armed forces; minority TSA hiring has nothing whatsoever to do with airport adjacent property values.
