Central air/heating question

Okay, so I use my central air unit to cool my grow room that my tent is in. It's like 66° in there and I have a ceiling fan on at all times. It keeps it around 75.6° with 47% humidity. I have the thermostat to the house set to off and fan to auto because it is winter, will the circulatory fan come on at all with it set off? Or will it only come on if it is set to heat or cool? I'm just worried no fresh air at all will get into tent, or is the ceiling fan outside tent providing enough fresh air in the room?

I don't believe your Thermostat will turn on your central fan unless it is set to "Heat" or "Cool". The only way to keep the fan on continually from your central unit is to override the unit and turn your fan to "ON" instead of "AUTO".

Do you have an exhaust fan that pulls air out of your tent?

Okay well I know if it's on cool then the fan will only run when the air comes on right? I'm thinking of turning heat on but turning thermostat down to like 66

So in all reality I need the fan to come on to circulate fresh air into room right?
