Michigan Caregiver curious about working in a Colorado dispensary

I am currently a caregiver in Michigan but have been looking into moving out to Colorado to see what the industry has to offer in a state where its legal for everybody 21+. Ideally i would like to get a job as a grower for a dispensary but i would take any position a dispensary has open if it came down to it. Now my question is for anyone whos worked in a dispensary firsthand...is it worth it? does it ruin cultivating cannabis because it becomes like a regular job? Would you recommend it? I guess i just want some general input from someone who knows whats up.

I see ads once in a while looking for growers. so if your good you might be able to find a job. there is a TON of competition though cause everyone wants the same few jobs that do pop up.

I grow for a disp. and havent lost my passion for it. Im learning and trying new things daily. I have opportunities that I would never have in a personal grow.

HOWEVER....I believe the two year residency rule is still in effect to work at a mmj related business? I dont really know if that rule applies to the new 64 shops.

Yeah - That's why I got into the illicit substances supply industry, so I can work long hours and get paid a crappy wage....!!!!

Have you seen what this legalisation is doing????

Calling yourselves 'care givers'...???
What care?
And when was the last time you 'gave' any away?

If you want a minimum wage job go flip burgers but selling grass for someone who pays shit wages....
IT'S FUCKED UP!
