Seedlings

Would an LED be too intense for an autoflower seedling coming out of the ground? I have a couple cfl's hangin around if I needed them for seedling growth, but the question stands whether the LED is too intense to use from germinated seed all the way through.

If anyone, you guys would know best! Thanks!

I use 1000w HID, your LEDs will be fine.
