never had to hit my kids.. they did get punished when they were out of line.. which was not too much and never anything major..
never had to tell my kids to stop bullying someone
My kids have the same thing I had and still have.. fear of mom and dad..

nothing the intent of the internet was to share and receive information.. if people would watch either.. while the kids are using or learn how to use your PC to pull up a history or install a key logger..


people dont want to be parents to their kids which will cause the society to become increasingly worse.. establish rules and boundaries with your kids.. if they break them they pay the price..

Well first off my daughter got given the ipad for a presant off her grandparent ,(i didn't buy it)
To tell you the truth it worked out ok because i got sick of her on my computer playing games all the time .
No she does not have a cell phone , and dosen't need one .
And by the way she dosn't have facebook or anything like that , this was a chat site that everyone at her school uses
and yes i did say everyone , You are making it sound like my daughter is the only one with an ipad , half her class has one , aif they don't have ipad they have pc at home to use.
They even get homework where they are told to use google to find things or to look up info on wikapedia (yes thats homework from SCHOOL)
We picked up her books for next year, yesterday , and guess what danno ? They even needed there own usb stick in grade 5 to do work on computers
at school and at home , These days they need there own computer for school , it not the 60's any more danno !!!
My issue was the language coming out of these 10 year old girls !!!
Not mine by the way (mine knows better) What my kid was doing was funny
This other kid would sent a message like fuck yoo , nw one likes you diichead !
My kid would point out her spelling mistakes , fix them , and send it back apart from swear words of coarse.

Well.im not ancient man im 20. Honestly schooling sickens me now a days I wish my schooling could have been even more hands on. But for kids now they are just given a packet and told to fill it out its bullshit. But for the girls school needs to do more. What chat site do 10 year olds use for.school tell me this. And shouldnt parents be with their kids helping do online shit. When I was 10 I was rarely given full access to computer. As for the ipad...u need to limit use of that fucker kids will waste.time on those like no other. I had a gameboy growing up but that aint shit compared to.an ipad. Kids shouldnt have internet capable devices or a device that fucking expensive in general...gameboy.my childhood 120$ ...ipad=400$ mini computer get ur kid a fuckin nintendo ds man

We learn more about you today. You gave your kid an ipad so you wouldn't have to deal with her and wanted her out of your way so you could ignore her while you screwed around on YOUR computer. If "half her class" has an ipad, that means she could be in the half that doesn't. Have you already taught her your intolerance and hate, or are you going to let her learn that from someone else too?

There was always fighting and bitching at school like you said , it just wasn't cyber at that stage.
It was just verbal mate , He started out just talking but then everytime my missus would try and explain something he would not listen
to a thing and just talk over her , (sounds like nether region)
Then he just started walking off yelling out shit , while his wife was standing about 50m away just watching.
I wounder why ? because she and my wife used to get along great , so she was to weak to say something , so she sent the bulldog out !
I mean it's just kids being kids , after all this shit has happened they are still giving eachother xmas cards and candy canes at school
I think the kids have forgoten about it already , It's just adults that hold the grudges...

If you took your head out your ass and read what i said , it might help you understand things .
Someone else gave ipad to her not me !
It wasn't cause i didn't want to deal with her , this way we could both use computer at same time (so everyone is happy)

We don't give her the ipad and say fuck off now do what you want !
We do monitor her on the ipad , thats why she's the one not in trouble at school
