binaural stimulation

Anyone else have any experience with using binaural stimulation?

About 4 years ago I was playing around with one of those "doser" programs. I found that If I lay down in a dark room with my headphones on and just focused on the sound that I would indeed feel a 'buzzed' feeling that would last about 10-15 minutes after the track was over. Different tracks that were intended to elicit different responses all seemed to work in some capacity, with the exception of those whose purpose was to cause.... *cough*... 'pleasure'... If you catch my drift.

Last night I was smoking some of my auto purple and had a really spacy head buzz going. I started to wonder If I tried binaural stimulation in this state, would I be more receptive?

I loaded up an hour long 5-HTP track on youtube , got comfortable , closed my eyes and lost myself in the sound. After about 15 minutes I was feeling little waves of bliss as certain frequencies played. If I focused on analyzing the feelings they would quickly fade. I noted the same thing a few years ago when I first tried BN stim.

I listened to the rest of the track and started really feeling floaty and weightless. Now heres the interesting thing I found about using BN while high. About 10 minutes after the track ended my buzz was 100% gone. Not even a little high anymore. However I had a content feeling for the rest of the night and kept catching myself smiling.

Im gonna try an hour and a half 'opium' track after smoking a bowl later tonight.

If you take your adderal or vyvanse, you'll get a lot more euphoria.

My name is a bit of a misnomer as in 2010 I found out its actually fast cycling bipolar (type 1) that causes me to have the attention span of a gnat. Infact I....HAY LOOK A BUTTERFLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Ok, on a serious note: I don't take any kind of psych meds anymore. The most amazing feeling of euphoria I have ever experienced was on my last shroom trip.

You'll see when you take lsd..I promise.
After a few doses even when you hear the music you listen to,sober,it 'takes you there' and you're able to remember the bliss..and then your day is great!

Sounds life changing (in a good way). I love the afterglow from shrooms, I just love the world for the next few days lol.

I've tried these "idrugs" I think you're talking about but got nothing more than shitty music.

If you want to get into it PM I've dealt with a similar situation in my life and the best thing I found to help was meditation. Simple enough it sounds, but it's really not. There are myriad ways to help oneself meditate, and I honestly recommend trying a few. Don't get me wrong psychs (both legal and not) can really help, but the change starts with you and your mind. It's hard to focus on not focusing, but it really is beneficial.

Only of the LSD is from the HIPPIE MAFIA!!

I love CCR..'TROLLING DOWN THE RIVER!!!'
Adhd..after you see where music can take you,you realize you can take yourself there in the same fashion.even sober.any time you choose...music overcomes all...all is music.

Also why dreadlocked trolls follow her.

You hit that dead on! Nail on the coffin! Any other stories you care to tell about "how much lsd" you have in the attempts to sound cool? It sounds like you read too many stories Chinacat had written, then you just took them to heart!

I stick to the ones that are just the tones, no music to try and cover up the sound. Most of the good ones have a "pilot tone" for you to focus on. Music can actually be a distraction and make you less receptive.

I own aprogrammable machine with about 42 of its own preprograms also. There some good ones on net too. They are relaxing and focusing but I never found them phsychodelic. Good for biofeedback training if you know what you are doing.

Theres a few good tracks on youtube that I really like for just relaxing. For me its like 'power meditating' I can get rid of a lot of stress and anxiety in that one hour track.
