IMO- Transplant to a bigger container, Plant her up to the leaves in soil. get more light. If It's CFL you can put the light close to the plant.

Good Luck on Your Grow.

Move the LEDs more further away. Luckily the plant will restore the pigments and cells needed to get that "green" healthy look. Give it time, move the LEDs further away and don't over water your baby.

I moved the light farther away. The new vegetation coming in is great, but the leafs that were already effected havent changed at all. One of the 6 bleached leafs is a little crispy on the tips. Should i clip that or just leave it and wait till its time to trim that/they fall off?

I would leave it. Plants are somewhat smart. If the plant sees that it is a viable option to invest energy into repairing the damaged leaf, it will. Else the plant will allow the damaged bit to die and fall off, and invest energy into producing new vegetative growth.

Best to not cut anything off, let it fall off naturally.

I would leave the leaves on until they really start to die. They may end up healing. My 2cents.

Putting a 300w l.e.d. 3in. away from a seedling sounds insane! I'd move it at least 24" away. I'm surprised it didn't die.

Ya, im glad it didnt. This is my first grow so im learning as i go. But if it died, i would rather it be early than later.
