It's that time of year again. I hate it. The realization that Summer has truly passed and a long cold and dark Winter is upon us. Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD) effects many of us each year with slight to serious depression. In some countries like Sweden, they have the fewest daylight hours and the highest number of suicides (mainly young men). They have special light therapy rooms there to emulate the sun! I've just got a grow room!
What do you do to cheer yourself up? Perhaps you enjoy this time of year? It'll be May next year before it gets nice again. The only good thing is the ski slopes and for me putting on huge coats and long boots. Apart from that I'm dying for Summer again!
