money isn't everything..
Exactly. And as we see it, it again goes back to planning and execution. If we do what we need to we can make whatever level of income we feel necessary for us to live comfortably. It won't be easy to get there, but honestly it shouldn't be.

nope. obamacare gives MORE power to the same shitballs who left me in agony for 6 months while they waited for me to "walk it off", yet my orthopedic surgeon informed me that if they had done the surgery he did when i was first injured i could have reached for the dreams they cruelly snatched away.

DOCTORS should make medical decisions, not politicians and bureaucrats (government or corporate)
that, and it's obama's fault that your momma's house burned down.

did taking personal responsibility for your failures in life ever occur to you?

And I respect that. The CEO didn't force you to. You chose to. Then you made a choice of where to go from there and from the way your posts sound my guess would be that you lived within your means until you were able to rise to bigger better things...
yep. i chose to work there, and when i got the chance i left them in the dust for better pay and a better work environment, and i have been trying to climb back out of the hole ever since, with limited success. (thanks Obama:rolleyes:)

it was obama! i seen him stuffing oily rags and a road flare into her basement transom.

it was all part of his plot to secure the nomination of sonia sotamayor to the supreme court, and thus ensure his position at the head of the Markab Confederacy

if it was easy to get there, everyone would..let me clarify though, i'd rather make 50k and be happy than 150k in misery..with 50k i may not be able to buy the things i used to, i'll be eventually moving to much smaller living space, but i will live a much more fulfilling life..the stress associated with is not worth it in the end...however, there is a world of difference between 50k and 15k (minimum wage)..this is poverty level..minimum wage workers work at poverty level..it's very difficult to just pay for the basic necessities even with a good head on your shoulders and work ethic..

one time, i had to sell my last clones to put gas in my car to roll it on a spare to the tire shop while i ate discount bin hot dogs on pieces of white bread
for a week until my harvest came in.

i would not have set foot in wal mart even if they sold me fried chicken and watermelon for the same price as those $0.79 discount bin hot dogs.
Damn, and just think, you only started growing in 2010 and three years later you're a millionaire. Only in America!

I wonder why folks assume they can correlate the join date of individuals with number of years growing.

I get that all the time, people assume I've grown since 2011.

It's weird how simple minds work.

Oh, great excuse for your little buddy but I didn't.
I got that info from one of UncleBucks old posts, got to agree with you though, you do have a simple mind!
Pretty quick for that million, wouldn't ya say.

Have you brandished a handgun on an Amtrak conductor and not been arrested on site lately? LMAO

First, I was not taking a direct stab at you, so ease up killer.

Second, I must have made you seriously butthurt at one point for you to still hold a grudge, and for that I am sorry.

Finally, verb brandish: wave or flourish (something, esp. a weapon) as a threat or in anger or excitement.

At no point in time did I brandish my firearm. Once again you have nothing to go on, so you exaggerate and make up your own 'truthiness'.

For some reason you are jealous of my life, and that's ok, but you really should take some time to reflect. I know I've found it helpful in the past.

I suppose you and beenthere are right. But I was merely making an observation on my own account, nothing to do with UB.

I know what your point was. I was growing pot back in the seventies and then years later I can grow legally and at that time I join RIU. So not everybody starts growing when they join RIU, thats for sure...

Brandishing is in the eye of the person who sees the gun, not the person with the gun. If you pull it out and I feel threatened, you have brandished the weapon, even if you just were taking it out to set it on your lap.

when i was 12, a cop once threatened to haul my ass to jail for "brandishing a machete" while i was clearing a bottlebrush plant so i could plant a peach tree...

i was also "brandishing" a shovel, a pick and a rockbar.

needless to say, my grandfather, who was supervising this "brandishment" had strong words for that idiot cop.

it was hillarious.

"damned fool", "idjit", "brainless", "pea brained city boy" and "flatfoot" were just a few of his colourful characterizations.

it wound up with gramps verbally stripping the hide off the cop, and, when he arrived, his duty sergeant, until the supervising officer showed up, apologized profusely for the "misunderstanding" and sent the cop and his sgt. back to the chicken coop.

I love cops, they never know the laws. So if YOU do, its a circus act and you are the ringleader.

Every Cop ever to strap on his tin badge: "it is against the law to possess a knife with a blade longer than my palm."
