I was just discussing with her that if I was in her field I would want to move up the ranks as I feel I could have a better chance at helping better our educational system in a position of power. She is completely content where she's at. She doesn't mind the pay because she loves being able to make an impact on her students on a face to face level. I'd say she's a success.
