when growing a auto flower would it be alright if i left flourencents on it and then as soon as it hit bloom switch to red lights or do i need blue lights for veg or would regular flourencents be alright for veg too?

It doesnt matter...you can even mix them.to.simulate daylight spectrum

You right. But I like one think in autos growing You can use 24/0 cycle what give more buds for small autos.

24/0 will allow a smaller auto to become larger, hence more bud. Autos like a little of both (blue-6400 k & red-2700/3000 k). Always start in the largest pot you can

go with a dual-spectrum bulb for the entire grow, you can use a MH for the first 3 weeks but I am unsure of the benefits of this for such a short time

I have done autos with only red 2700k and they still did great just a little fluffy
