Interesting to think about just how many planets could support life in our galaxy alone.

"WASHINGTON (AP) — Space is vast, but it may not be so lonely after all: A study finds the Milky Way is teeming with billions of planets that are about the size of Earth, orbit stars just like our sun, and exist in the Goldilocks zone — not too hot and not too cold for life.Astronomers using NASA data have calculated for the first time that in our galaxy alone, there are at least 8.8 billion stars with Earth-size planets in the habitable temperature zone."

I think it's asinine that people still think that we are alone in this universe. If you were lacking perspective before...

It would be fascinating to see how alien life manifests itself.

And so what? I think it is asinine to say that. No evidence. Now, do I think there is scum and microbes everywhere, in this Solar system? Yes.

But, I'm not into fantasy. This mind can show us wonders that no one else can see.
