i am week 5 into flowering. im growing white ICE . i 5 fem seeds from. nirvanaseeds.com. my ph has been between 6.0 and my ppm is at 1090.i am using an NFT TABLE an OG Hood and a 600 watt ballast. i noticed these white clusters at the top of my buds the other day it only seems to be on the ones directly under the light. and the ones its on, they are a little to close to the light. if they are herm, have they released pollen yet, can i cut off the buds that it is on ?

BTW i am like 3 weeks or less from harvest will my crop still be good? the clusters dont have the bannana shape to them nor do they look like balls. could this abnormal effect be due to the buds being to close to the light?

how far away from light is it?
looks like light bleaching

im growing in a limited space and i LST d them so all the buds are about 20 in away but the ones right under are a little closer. im so close too harvest. why do you say that you dont think its herm? ill try to get a few more pics. my phones fucked an takes forever to upload but thanks man for the replies!

is your light an hps? if so a 600 hps should be about 17" away from top of plants.
if it is closer you will get light bleaching and cooked top buds...kinda what it looks like, as the rest of plant/s look great!

i still dont think its a hermie...i see no balls/ male pods or nanners.
from the pics you have posted it looks like light bleaching and a bit of foxtailing from to much heat or too intense.
temperature could be too hot at tops of plant causing the foxtailing, light being to close also causes light bleaching.
i would tie em down a bit more or move light up a bit, should help.

thank you i feel a lot better now!! ive never had this happen before, i assumed it had somthing to due with my light cause thats a problem i keep running into at my new house. i cant move it up anymore i can only tie them down more. im close to harvest so my yield shouldnt be affected to much. thank you so much Lime, i was about to start ripping shit up in anger!

thats why i posted , and asked for pics, as you were about to start chopping them up!...i hate to see that for no good reason. ;)
yes i would try to lower branches a bit. since your light cant go up anymore. you should notice a difference in a few days once you adjust them.
