Question for stoners living in Washington state and Colorado

and no it is not a prilage when u live out in the middle of no where and the closest store is 2 mile drive ........................i been driving a car since i was 13 and stole my first one to go get my brother becuase a pipe broke in the house and had no idea what to do to fix it

took the spare key turned that engine over and drove to his work to tell him ..............cop pulled me over since i was a stuip driver i told him what happend he let me drive the car back to the house with older brother fallowing in his car and the cop behide us ..............cop looked in the house sawl the flood told me i did the right thing and left us to fix it

next time was when i took this moron to the hospital becuase he never had codine in his life and he snorted it 80mg pill .............that was a friends mother car i stole i broke the lock with a screwdriver ..............i had to pay for it 800 bucks for it plus a cracked front grill i hit the stop collum in the parking lot

untill they make a system of travel like teleporters or automatic system u got no choice but to drive ............not like they have a hitch post for a horse
and just so u know it is 50 bucks for a cab just to come out here 1 way so not a choice 22 miles from the biggest city of 10 000 ppl or so

That's one of the most dumbshit crazziest things i've ever heard, that you think once you're admitted to a psych ward you can just tell them you're fine and they'll release you. Read up on the number of criminals who thought they could plead insanity, and then get released a few year later who ended up there for 20 odd years in absolute misery. Good luck!

Also they threw that THC blood test out of court here in CO an THC isn't traceable through breath alone, even the saliva samples are coming back mixed from med patients with a high tolerance to edibles.

Though smoking out an about has evolved so much here now that you'll see business men downtown ripping their OIL pens walking down the street!!!

Come January 2014 an where I live in Boulder County, CO the medical marijuana dispensaries will be allowed to legally sell to recreational users too!

In Denver, we were told that, unless you have a red card, if someone calls to complain, and you don't "rectify the situation" it becomes a misd. public nuisance ticket. My nephews are med users, really into national legalization, though. They get really crabby about people violating the laws of Colorado.

I thought it was the case too. I also thought grow facilities were made to keep their odor in. I smelled this one place from a block away. They were doing nothing to filter their odor. Maybe it was just Boulder that was fining for smell from a grow. I really don't remember the details but the issue with odor while smoking is a new detail.

Also yes there are certain municipalities who have voted out dispensaries / commercial mmj grows cause they don't want it within their city limits.

Then you have places like Boulder County, Ward, Gilpin County, Breckenridge, Aspen, Durango just to name a few who are really trying to create taxable revenue.

People out smoking blunts/bongs/pipes/joints whatever besides keeping it low key are ALWAYS gonna get fucked with, MOST are SMART about mediating and choose not to be a dick about it.

What we have here in CO is the classic not on my TURF attitude so most serious about growing etc have moved to where it's become SAFE!

Rural counties for instance are figuring it out really quick that "Cannabusiness" is far better for the communities vs. MINING, FRACKING, OIL RIGGING, LOGGING etc.

I read this article online that it's going to cost more in states where its legal. But I'd rather pay more knowing I'm not getting ripped off. Then having to deal with dealers....they can be sketchy sometimes.
Also you can choose what quality you want and know it's legit. Unlike some dude spraying lemon polish on it and calling it kush....you know??
