Thanks for the well wishes everyone. I talked to his wife and she says thank you to everyone, she particularly liked the picture of the kites and the poem. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers. It's been a very difficult time.

No longer a screen name or avi, a brother has past on and the reality of knowing that there is indeed "someone" on the other end of this conversation becomes clearer.

Well put, although kite and I didn't mingle much, hearing of this loss had a much greater affect on me than I had anticipated...
Btw, I did get high as a kite as I had mentioned previously
My love to the family

I'm sad, but also happy that he had so much love and respect. What a positive energy in the world. Still is.

Oh! I have slipped the surly bonds of Earth
And danced the skies on laughter-silvered wings;
Sunward I’ve climbed, and joined the tumbling mirth
of sun-split clouds,—and done a hundred things
You have not dreamed of—wheeled and soared and swung
High in the sunlit silence. Hov’ring there,
I’ve chased the shouting wind along, and flung
My eager craft through footless halls of air….

Up, up the long, delirious, burning blue
I’ve topped the wind-swept heights with easy grace
Where never lark nor ever eagle flew—
And, while with silent lifting mind I’ve trod
The high untrespassed sanctity of space,
Put out my hand, and touched the face of God.

I've been away for a few months and come back to this news : ( . Kite was one of the first to hop into my first journal of c99, he mentored me. He loved that strain and so do I. I have one going now and I will be dedicating the first and last smoke to that dude. Rip Max
