That's defiantly a Chupacabra.

Seriousley, I had some bugs do the same thing. They ate a few leaves like yours, something ate them or they got stoned, and fell off. LoL
spray them with something/

That chew pattern looks like a caterpillar, just a guess though.
Thats what i thought but have seen none at all
Normally you would see them at some stage especially under the leaves
but nothing
I did sneak out at night with a torch and all i saw was an earwig on my passionfruit plant
Do they eat plants ?

Not that I can recall. Maybe the caterpillar got to high and wonder'd of in the wild blue yonder. Keep your fingers crossed that they don't come back. Have you seen any new damage?

Anytime you have plants outside you will get bugs that fly in at night, chew on some leaves and fly off later. You'll never see them. I don't consider them much of a threat, and there's not a lot to can do about it- it's the cost of growing under the sun. Regular spraying with neem oil does seem to help. If you start noticing insects on your plants and want to get rid of them, I've found Monterey with spinosad to be an excellent all around bud spray. Especially effective on thrips and budworms.

looks like your passion fruit is getting hit by slugs/snails and your cannabis looks like flea beetle is eating the shit out of it. That's the direction I would look in. Spray the cannabis with soapy water every couple of days for 10 days or so. Corrys slug/snail bait for the passion fruit. Again, since Im not 100% positive....... This is the direction I would be going in.

Update
Leaves have been chewed a little more , I went out last night wiyh a torch and saw nothing again
The funny thing is i have my big plant (Crystal ) next to seedlings and nothing touches that
I also have tomato plants and they are fine
the seedlings are kept off the ground , sitting on my smoker box so it is a good 1.5 mtr off the ground
I have also taken pics of bugs i found in my pool , maybe one of these is the murderer !

That second pic I'm sure is a flying ant and they will eat anything so maybe have a close look around and see if there is more, I have never had to deal with bugs. I fell bad for growers that get hit with pest's because it is hard to pinpoint and take measures to correct.
