you can also send cash in the mail cali if you're still worried.
just always make sure to send cash registered and require a sig that way they can't say it got lost, i think you can also buy insurance as well, although i've never done so and have no clue how that works tbh..
if i'm sending cash, i simply rip out a page out of a magazine, and fold it up into quarters, stick the cash in the folds so no one can hold it to the light and see it's cash, put your order number inside on a piece of paper, and away you go.. no paper trials to worry about this way..

I also searched hi and low for a pp cc that worked internationally but had no luck. I did a GOOGLE search and found out all cc have to be registered to a name and ss# as part of the patriot act I think it said, closed a loophole terrorists were thought to be using to transfer funds and such. I came to the conclusion that if I had to register a pp cc why not just use my debit card. I did have to call my financial institution and ok an international purchase and give them the country and name of the company.... no seed banks use their actual storefront name as the payee on your statement, nust like pornsites lol. It will say something like cheesehead gifts or blah blah blah llc. Your bank wont see slick willies pot seed depot or mary jane supply house. Lol, relax and place an order with one of thee bigger sites. I used herbies because there was alot of bad rep on attitude so I wanted to steer clear till they fix their stealth shipping. When you do order DO NOT POST THE STEALTH PROCESS. If you dont think johnny Q law isnt lurking around these forums you dont need to smoke anything because you are fucked up already. Just so you know, USPS insurance won't pay for missing cash. If you've ever checked it out, you'd see they put you thru hoops, need receipts, etc for the item.

Good website, cheapo seeds. Some of their strains are fine, others are not. Choose wisely, young (or in your case "old") grasshopper.

Herbies has a pretty good selection and their pic and mix allows you to get single seeds or 3 packs for a fraction of the money vs being made to buy a 10 seed pack for 150$ you can get the smaller pack of 3 for 50$.... I am just throwing numbers out there so you can see what im talking about. Once you get better at growing you can by one seed and keep the plant forever through clones....... I just realized something. Are you in California? If so get your card and get friendly with some local dispensaries and get clones there and grow your own

You wont find a card to do what you're asking. You used to be able to make international purchases with prepaid cards under any name you wanted, but our "freedom loving" government couldn't have that.
It gave the public privacy and we can't have that now can we.
A number of years back they slipped a little clause into the Patriot Act to make it against the law for the banks to offer cards that can do that.
This way they can track our purchases more easily.
At the anniversary of the patriot act signing Oct 26th is a rally in Washington DC against it: http://www.thensavideo.com/

Once you place the order watch it using the tracking method online.
Be aware that tracking is almost non-existent in the UK for some reason but as soon as it leaves and arrives in our Superior Unionized Postal Service, the tracking is much better.
Keep in mind if it is discovered it is, it will be confiscated.
An officer can not allow it to leave their possession unless they can physically see it and know it won't be used, it's against the law.
This is good because no matter what happens you will know and if it does get confiscated you can shut down if you feel paranoid about it.

lol, the tracking info in the us of a blows ass... i even stopped checking the tracking because more often than not, i had my gear long before tracking said it was anywhere even remotely close to me..

yeap is for getting your personal card with your name on it that u have to give away all your info. But if u just buy it the cashier will swipe it and presto its activated you dont need to go register over the phone unless like i said if u want your name in the card, but u say u want discretion. Thats the way to go just choose the card that u want go to the register pay it let her swipe it and presto u can go online and buy seeds
I ordered 40 seeds plus 6 or 7 freebies from attitude. With my debit card ac stated before call yout bank and tell them u are making an internatiinal order( I said an ebay order) and they said ok how long do you need I said 24 hours they saod ok after 24 hours yiu will have to ca us agai. Andni order and my girlsls arrived 2 maybe 3 weeks larer I personallynhave never had a problen
