Call me crazy, but I'm gonna stick with with the stuff that has been selectively inbred for it's recessive drug traits for thousands of years.
All the contemporary autoflowers have been heavily hybridized with the drug strains you mention. Some of these are literally 80+ generations removed from pure ruderalis plants to the point where the ONLY thing they share with ruderalis (apart from genetics shared by ALL cannabis plants) is the ruderalis derived autoflowering trait.
Anyway, I don't really need to convince you. Autos aren't for everyone, and if you see no advantage, there probably isn't one for you.
IMO the main advantage of autos is that these will flower under any light regimen.
Want to plant outdoors in March then harvest in June? You can do that with autos.
Want to plant outdoors in March, April, May, and June, then harvest in June, July, Aug, and Sept? Again, you can do that with autos.
Want to use up extra "slots" in your veg/clone area and flower plants there? Autos.
Want to grow a plant in a small pot on your deck or windowsill where its subject to light pollution? Autos.
