Does anyone partake in them? I know that this question has been asked probably before, but am curious about my situation. These days I smoke less than I used to. A quarter oz. of dank will last me 2-3 weeks, where as I used to smoke a quarter in 6 days or so. But lately, I don't feel like I am getting the high I desire. I have been smoking daily for 3-4 years now with no breaks at all. Lately I have also been waiting until 5 PM or so to smoke, and I just smoked right now for the first time all day (it's 9:30 PM here) and feel next to nothing. I am thinking of taking a tolerance break, but don't know how long the break should be for. Honestly, I don't think I could go more than 3 days myself as after I smoke quite a bit, marijuana helps me fall asleep greatly.
My question is, would a 24-48 hour tolerance break be enough to make a discernible difference? I know everyone is different but I really don't know anything about tolerance breaks.
Also, I smoke out of a small bong (it's more of a bubbler though, except it has a honeycomb and tree perc in it), and smoke joints on occasion. If I smoke a personal size joint (with maybe .6-.8 grams of weed in it), I get high as hell actually. So should I just aim to smoke more? Or would a break help me out greatly?
