yes, i know, im waiting for harrekin to support his assertion that the IRS doesnt want dirty drug money.

He does not read anything (Mrs. Kynes), he just acts a fool and makes pointless assertions. LEARN SOMETHING..

James v. United States, 366 U.S. 213 (1961)[SUP][1][/SUP], was a case in which the United States Supreme Court held that money obtained by a taxpayer illegally was taxable income, even though the law might require the taxpayer to repay the ill-gotten gains to the person from whom they had been taken.

I wonder if after a week of nobody signing up for Obama care, the Dems would get a clue?..All they have to do is give everybody a waiver until nexted year and everybody is back to work...If nobody for the most part is signing up, What does it matter...

The people that want Obama care can still sign up....So this makes the Dems look like idiots...

hey junior.

catch a clue.

harrekin has asserted (not me) that drug dealer profits are tax free, and i am waiting for him to SUPPORT THAT CLAIM.

i already know his assertion is incorrect, but im curious as to what makes him believe the way he does.

by waiting for him to support his claim, i am offering him the opportunity to prove me wrong, or discover that he has been lied to.

thats what ya call Debating Courtesy.

thats a thing which you do not understand obviously.

if or when he supports his assertion i will refute his assertion, but jumping around pretending i am unaware of the desire of the IRS to tax everything is just retarded.

why dont you go Occupy a bar of soap you smelly hippie.

I told you, Buck made the assertion before, I called bullshit and he posted a link that supported his claim.

Stop being such a faggot and ask him.
wait a minnit...

youre relying on Bucky's assertion that the IRS doesnt want his money?

think about it...

think harder...

Bingo. i bet you have discovered the root of your mistaken belief by now.

i already posted the relevant tax codes direct from Cornell University's law library, which demonstrates that bucky is dodging his federal income tax on his dope marketing scheme, and his rebuttal was absolutely redonkulous.

his rebuttal boils down to "Fuck you, Im a Dragon!"

the IRS does tax monies from illegal businesses, and they do NOT allow you to deduct the expenses from it.

the IRS even has a nifty little form you can fill out to inform them of any suspected Drug Money which has not been declared, and been taxed.

they so crave to tax every transaction, even illegal ones, that they will pay a reward if you rat out any suspected tax dodger to them.

his citation does not even exempt him from Oregon State Taxes.

i suspect they also would like their monies from his enterprise.
My 12th grade Literature was this Vietnamese 30 year old cunt. She tried to claim monies wasn't a real word because her Webster College Edition said money was plural. So I brought my OED complete. She gave me an F. I dropped her class and said her commie ass should go back to her homeland. The expression her face was hilarious.

Currency, not money.

Money has an intrinsic value.

but even currency doesnt base it's tax knowlege on a Buckpost(tm)

currency is too smart to fall for that.
I was an evil bitch even in high school. The same commie wanted us to write a letter of shame to Milosovich. Instead I wrote my sympathy because those muzzie freeloaders were ruining his country and he should tell that drunk hillbilly to fuck off.

This is Oregon law that has nothing to do with federal tax liability.

what kind of taxes do i have to pay on reimbursements?

do your roommates report on their taxes every time you reimburse them for a cup of ramen or some late night taco bell?

Anything you recieve monetarily for anything you grow is taxable income.
You dotn get tax credits for reimbursements since the IRS doesnt allow deductions for illegal activitys
Marijuana growing is still an illegal activity federally
