harrekin has asserted (not me) that drug dealer profits are tax free, and i am waiting for him to SUPPORT THAT CLAIM.
i already know his assertion is incorrect, but im curious as to what makes him believe the way he does.
by waiting for him to support his claim, i am offering him the opportunity to prove me wrong, or discover that he has been lied to.

i already posted the relevant tax codes direct from Cornell University's law library, which demonstrates that bucky is dodging his federal income tax on his dope marketing scheme, and his rebuttal was absolutely redonkulous.
his rebuttal boils down to "Fuck you, Im a Dragon!"
the IRS does tax monies from illegal businesses, and they do NOT allow you to deduct the expenses from it.
the IRS even has a nifty little form you can fill out to inform them of any suspected Drug Money which has not been declared, and been taxed.
they so crave to tax every transaction, even illegal ones, that they will pay a reward if you rat out any suspected tax dodger to them.

This is Oregon law that has nothing to do with federal tax liability.
You're only looking at Oregon law, which is irrelevant on that matter. It will mean nothing if you're audited/raided.

Anything you recieve monetarily for anything you grow is taxable income.
You dotn get tax credits for reimbursements since the IRS doesnt allow deductions for illegal activitys
Marijuana growing is still an illegal activity federally
