you can buy training chopsticks for children buy them from www.jlist.com or allthingsforsale.com learn at home while "training" than you can buy a real pair and than use those than you will be able to use them

Lived in Hawaii from kindergarten to 10th grade now I live in the mainland, learned to use chopsticks the easy way everyone needs to know
just learn how to make the training chopsticks and learn from there
