Yea it does. I let the pressure build the first time on the pump and it started to work. Then I put the tea bag in and it stopped. So I tried the same idea again. Nada. This is the second pump. Me and dude at the store are gonna have some words about making this right or ill take business elsewhere. Sad to have to take that route but what can you do ya know? It's gotta be the airstone is too big or the pump is shit/not strong enough.

No reason for good pumps to go bad just like that,,, means it was never good to begin with. Im sure they wont have a problem taking it back, if they do then yeah def take your money somewhere else. When I first moved to denver I went through about 6 different grow shops before I stuck with one. It was funny, I played like I was a noob,,, soon as they told me some bs I was outta there.

I have always done that, I highly recommend EVERYONE do that when choosing a hydro store. Having people who know WTF is up with growing is so vital when you are on the market to try new gear and new products. Thats the beauty to of California, so many hydro stores out there you can find one with workers who are highly involved in growing, and can really point you in the right direction. There's a lot of "snake oil" products out there for growing, and IDK about you guys, but I would rather have somoene else spend the money and weed out the shit from the gold.

That's why I have you guys. I'm still learning much of it. I mean I can tell when someone is full of shit, but I may not have the knowledge to be definitive on my fullofshit meter. lol. Well time to call these fuckers and see what they can do for me. I'm hoping they give me a larger pump. lol. Oh I still have all the tea ingredients sitting in the bucket. I'm gonna have to start all over again on the tea aren't I?

G made a good point about the steeping and mixing by hand a couple times a day, but I dont think Iv done this for over 24hr before. Actually something I found very interesting, weeks ago after one of my work binges I mixed a batch then realized I left the airstones out by the hose for cleaning and I was just too fuking tired to care. The next day after I cleaned the airstones (I usually do this after eery brew, with a wire brush.) I turned the pump on and no shit the bucket was just about overfoaming no more than 2 mins later. The foam action was instantaneous as soon as I turned the pump on! I def think the overnight steep was the cause, but for some reason Im def thinking its not a bad thing.... Iv yet to figure out exactly why it behaved like that or if its even significant but Id like to know.
I dont think they'll be straight up giving you a bigger pump,,,​maybe a discount on a bigger one after your refund/return/credit.

I left you out on the reply. My bad. Didn't show up last I looked at my thread. I'll do that, thanks man. I should have the pump by tomorrow.
Now we may have a new method. I'm in a perfect position to test it, by sheer coincidence. haha. We should all do a little research and see. Or I will. Either way. Just throwing out ideas though, maybe without the stone diffusing what would be smaller bubbles using the airstone, the larger bubbles at the top held longer and built on each other. IDK. Just a thought.
I just got off the phone with the guy. The pump I have is actually like a Eco Plus Commercial 1/2, the guy was explaining to me. He was saying that specific kit is no longer offered. I told him I'd just take a Eco Plus Commercial 1 instead. He called the other store and they had one in store and brining it to the store closer to me. I asked what do I owe for the difference. He said that they would eat the cost of it. So I pick it up tomorrow after work. So I guess I lucked out and as a result so did they without knowing it because they kept my business. lol.

Are you trying to say I only date crazy ones jig? Noooooo not me...lol. I should probably have prefaced that I can't take women seriously most of the time. I also realize that is mostly my own doing as a result of me knowing that I have terrible taste in women with regard to drama/issues. So until one finally hits me like "DAMN" this is it, I'm just gonna keep doing my own thing. It may not be the best approach but I'm tired of wasting my time, money, and support on women I thought were something special and in reality it was basically just me providing a service.
On a lighter and, to me, more exciting note, HELL YEA, the banana puff popped. They are starting to catch up to the others in the group too. It's slow but I can see it. I was worried for a while about them, but was mostly my fault at the germ rate with them. Just wasn't getting my basics down ya know? And indeed they do look nicccce. There's one of them that somehow has two tops. I think that's gonna be the best of the bunch. Just a feeling though. It's leaf shape is slightly more rounded serrations. Someone did some nice work with this strain. Huh G?

Iv never been one to change myself just to play the games most women think should be played,,, and as a result allot of them cant handle the realness, right. I cant stand a stuck up bitch either,,, and nowadays most of them think their all that and a bag of dank just because their cute and have nice things that came from mommy and daddy. I will not lower my standards on the people I surround myself with just because I want some ass, well that rule goes out the window from time to time actually.

With that said, my personal motto in building kick ass soils and teas is Diversity, diversity, diversity.

I'm right there with ya on that one man. I have a name for them type of bitches, stolen from Fab actually. I made an acronym outta of it though. He calls them bride of chuckie girls, I call em BOC's (rhymes with spock). It's cray how they think they are entitled to certain level of luxury aint it? Never hada work for shit a day in their lives. I mean don't get me wrong I understand that parents give their children things, but I had to do chores and shit to obtain them. Looking back at it I definitely got the shit end of the deal but it taught me how to work for things and that if I don't develop skills sets I will be digging ditches for a living. Yea pretty much. Probably explains why they're such hmmm...what superlative am I looking for....whores...lol. I mean I meet a couple out at sporting events but for the most part the bar. It does get old at times but then another one comes along and makes the last one like watching grass grow. But it's kinda weird but chics either think they are badder than they really are or have some other dramatic issue where I'm from. Cray really.

It's the recipe you gave me a while back. I used kelp meal instead of kelp extract. I was reading up and supposedly kelp extract is more processed and strips some nutrients out of the kelp. So I figured kelp meal wouldn't be a bad alternative. Maybe that's what it's supposed to be though....idk. I also have some humus but I didn't add it in the first batch. I think it is very similar to EWC in what it provides for in the tea. I could easily be wrong though.
Veg mix-
1/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano (PSG)
1/3 cup High N Bat Guano (Mexican)
1/3 cup Earth Worm Castings (EWC)
5 tsp. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
(That makes the "dry mix". You can make all you want and save it to use later.)
Mix with water @ 1 cup of dry mix into 5 gallons of water to make the tea.
To that 5 gallons of tea add:
5 tbs. Liquid Karma
5 tbs. Black Strap Molasses
Use it to water with every 3rd watering.
Flowering nute tea mix:
2/3 cup Peruvian Seabird Guano
2/3 cup Earth Worm Castings
2/3 cup High P Guano (Indonesian or Jamaican)
5 tsp. Maxicrop 1-0-4 powdered kelp extract
(That makes the "dry mix". You can make all you want and save it to use later.)
Mix with water @ 2 cups of dry mix into 5 gallons of water to make the tea.
To that 5 gallons of tea add:

I believe if you do a google search for the difference between the two the first result is grasscity. That's where I read it from. Reading the information given I don't know how much proof there is to support the claim.

I also need to start thinking about how the hell I'm gonna fit the extra plants in the tent cuz 12/12 is right around the corner. Maybe I set up the tent next week and start messing around with configurations. Right now in using my current rack system I can get 7 but it'll be tight. Thinking about hanging a couple pots from the tent frame. lol. Sounds a little crazy bit I might be able to swing it. Hahahah.
