Here are some updated pics from day 9 going into day 10. You can see some burnt leaves from the previous medium I was in and also could've been caused by tearing roots like crazy when I was transplanting. (Wasn't careful at all) But you can see all the new growth is looking wonderful. I also added an exhaust filter and vent for my sulfur burner which I had to start using because of powdery mildew. Everything now is under control and back to normal. Should have some more pics up in few days. Hope you all enjoy.

Were you running that whole setup with no ventilation?

Your shit looks awesome bro!!! Very, very nice, I am impressed, you have really done your homework. I am a beginner, and was wondering if you could be so kind as to suggest a good nute recipe for a brotha? I have fox farms now, but would like some nice additives for flowering. I like the grow big and bloom for veg, but I really want my buds to take off during flowering. So, what would be a good mix? Dont mean to jack your thread, but you seem like you could help. Please and thanks. Again awesome grow and set up, your shit looks dank!!!! I am also a patient, and would like to become a caregiver, for my two friends, since I have space to grow. Any suggestions on that would be great too. Cheeers.

Very nice indeed---what are you using for A/C?
Sorry sorry sorry, for the long delay in response. Encountered some major problems in the room. (sigh) However, I think I've addressed the issue and things are looking better. Also started a table with Connoisseur in coco. Updates to come soon. Okay, Dr. VonDankenstine...I have a 5 ton compressor with two window ac's installed for emergencies (hot weather). The two ac's are a total of 33,000. So I'm good on the temp issues. Wasn't at first though. I had to upgrade the system after experiencing the room heat up to 102. Seems like we're always doing something to make something better. Right?

that is one hell of an operation man. i am in awe. one day.....one day
Honkeytown, believe me, I was probably in a way worse position than you a couple of years ago. Make your own destiny my friend. Visualize it, write it down and put it at the forefront of your mind and you will have it. That is real.

Were you running that whole setup with no ventilation?
In the very beginning, I just had my lights vented (bringing fresh air in and then exhausting it out.) but my strain is extremely stinky and after hearing some kids say that they smelled skunks (heehee) I completely enclosed the setup. Let me add that just enclosing cost me a pretty penny, so plan your set up down to every nook and cranny...great stuff for all cracks, insulation, radiant barrier, down to the freakin drip emitters. Figure all that in my fellow scientists. I had made a huge mistake in piss planning. Costs exceeded most people's salaries. I can not stress to you enough on proper planning. But I am happy with the enclosed room, I just had to get a sulphur burner. Run it every night for 15 minutes then exhaust the room 2 times a night (lights off) through a carbon scrubber to get rid of the smell.

you are a ganja farmer
Hahaa, I'm trying my friend. Not at all there quite yet. I tend to get a little additive happy. Trying to control that. haha. I appreciate your comment though. I have some friends that blow my whole style out of the water.

btw mister ganjafarmer green.. you've got a good point on ur signature ;) I know what are u talking about.
Brunox....I am soooo happy to see you're onto it. Good god, if only people knew. Why do you think I do what I do? I want to get out of this country before it's too late. Are you onto Bresinki yet?

Nice grow dude, congrats on all your hard work, ive also stopped using soil, vermiculite etc. and gone for peat and pearlite, definately works better in my opinion
Thank you, I really appreciate all your compliments. It's been a struggle to say the least. Sometimes, trying to figure out which bill to pay after the electric. Haha. I knew all throughout the whole process it would benefit and I would get out of people's pockets, but it's like any other business. Plan on your first year (at least with a bigger setup) being a complete loss. Problems just seem to occur out of nowhere when you first get started. Floods in the morning, drilling through your hand, plumbing, breakers shorting out. I think I've been through it all. Is it all worth it? If you live in California it is, or any other jurisdiction where it is legal. I plan on moving to Oregon in a couple of months, so that's going to be a blast.

Very nice ... What more could be said
Again, thank you. My brain is here for you to pick.

Your shit looks awesome bro!!! Very, very nice, I am impressed, you have really done your homework. I am a beginner, and was wondering if you could be so kind as to suggest a good nute recipe for a brotha? I have fox farms now, but would like some nice additives for flowering. Hey Zeke, no worries man about your questions. That's where it all starts. I'd love it if I got more (especially about my avatar). Anyhow, good bloom additives....Right now, I'm experimenting with Hydroplex, MOAB (Mother of all Blooms), Bud XL (House and Garden), Big Bud (Advanced) and Gravity.
IMHO, if you have the money...I'd go with:
Connoisseur A and B (week 1-7)
Roots Excelurator (week 1-3)
Carboload (week 1-7)
B-52 (week 3-7)
Protekt (week 1-7)
Floranectar (week 1-7)
Mother Earth Organic Tea Bloom (week 1-7)
Humic (week 1-7)
Fulvic (week 1-7)
Hygrozym or Sensizym or Cannazym (week 1-8 if you're reusing medium)
Overdrive (week 6-7) although I've had some success with starting this a week earlier, not suggesting, just relaying to you that I've done it before.

Now, that's a lot of dough to lay down for nutes... that's my ultimate nute list.

If you just want amazing buds with a little budget, I've found Connoisseur so far to blow everybody I've ever tried out of the water. Even the newest house and garden run that's in the pic's in this post. I'll post up some pics in the next couple of days. But I'd go with Connoisseur (bring your "water" to 150 ppm's however you want to do that-- mix tap with r/o) then add 5 ml per gallon. If you're strain is nute shy go with 2 ml per gal. Conny will give you great results but you have to think of buds as an athlete. Sure you can feed an athlete meat and nothing else, but that's not good (not going to scientifically explain but I'm sure you know). Athletes needs carbs and amino acids, sugars etc... Conny A and B pretty much has everything in it that you'll need but you can get carboload and B-52 to enhance your flowering. Big Bud will make you very happy. All of these have to be added in accordance to your strain. I sometimes get additive happy and have burned plants. Everything has it's place. If you add big bud at the suggested rate lower your base nutes, if you add more base nutes, lower your additives. I accidentally (2 weeks ago) started adding some bullshit to my res and my plants definately let me know as the shit burned all the leaves off. It was something I knew better than to do but wanted to experiment and got the same frickin results I got when I used it the first time. But you have to really know your nutrient regimine. If I didn't know what I was doing, I would've lost this crop and probably my house because I'm dependent on this. Get to know what NPK is and then start to look at the rhizposhpere. These will give you an understanding of kind of what's going on in your lady. Everyday I'm learning something. So to sum this section up, I'd go with:

Conny A and B
Roots Accelurator
Hygrozym
Carboload
B-52
Big Bud
(all of these kind of go hand in hand - basic explanation:
Roots Accel.... gives you massive roots/massive roots make for big buds
Hygrozym is an enzyme that is very beneficial to your root zone. Gets rid of the nasties and keeps roots healthy
Carboload is supplying all your roots and cells with with carbohydrates that they can use in the floral process
B-52 is an ample source of vitamins (that most nutes just don't have in them) that is aiding in your plants tissue structure.
Big Bud is loading your plants with potash and phosphorous which all annuals use like crazy the last couple of weeks they bulk up or produce fruit. It's kind of like Canna's Pk 13/14 or Bud Blasters of any nute company.

I'm still experimenting with Hydroplex. I will let you know in a couple of weeks. Basically I think that would get you the biggest buds for what you want. It's still a little pricey but it is definatley worth it. I hope this helps out.

Again everybody, I'm so sorry about the delayed replies. Trying to overcome the problems in the room. I'll try to get back on here tonight and tomorrow. Thanks for your patience.

Latest diagnosis of problems I have found that it is possible to overwater in coco. Today I'm backing off since noticing some droopy leaves. Hopefully this will work. Will definately keep this post informed.

Hey Brendon420, it all differs by state. You have to check out www.norml.org and click on your state. Really understand the laws and actually have some condition that medicinal cannabis can alleviate or help. Go see a doctor and get your prescription. Before you even think about being a caregiver, get your grows down. Get a specific recipe and strain that patients benefit from and you should be good from there.
