I ha to leave them for a couple days to visit my family. When I came back she looked baked. And not the good kind. lol. But you're right the rest of them are looking pretty good. I think I'm gonna go buy a box fan and some perlite this week. That should keep them a little cooler and a little more airy in the soil department.

I second the frosty dense buds on the GG. nothing but a bunch of G's in that equation too don. G=genuity, GG=Grape God, GGG=Gage Green Genetics. Hahahah. Fuck I thought it was clever.

I only have a closet full right now but a new tent may be on the horizon. The extra room might provide for some well extra room plus keep the girls a little further away from the light so they don't get burned.

I was told by some yahoo that my mix needed perlite so off we go. lol. I know he can take a joke or else we'd probably fucking hate each other by now. lol. G's got skill no doubt.

Well with all the people I seem to know having kids and whatnot. I figured I'd tell you all that my AntiDote, it's a girlllll. lol. Or at least the preflowers are looking like it. So I have taken her and what I hope will also be a female (the bigger Banana Puff 2) and started the LST process. I'm thinking in another week or so I'll take some clones off the AntiDote. Not making the same mistake of cloning in flowering again. I know it can work. I've done it before but why deal with the uncertainty if you don't have to right? Riiiiight. So that's one of next week's projects. Also in another week I should be starting my tea brewing. It'll be the first time so hopefully I'll have some beginner's luck and not make a mess of it.

Oh so on my trip to Home Depot yesterdayI was supposed to get some perlite. But they were out of the smaller bags. And I didn't think I would need 3.5 cu ft bag for the soil I have going. How do you run out of such a basic garden soil "additive"? hahahah. Luckily I don't need it right this second. I did get my new 20" box fan though to keep some better air movement over the little ones.

Also, I had plans with two different chics today but I may blow them because my brother decided to come up for a visit last night. I love it when me and my bro hang out. Just the two of us without our parents. Don't get me wrong I love my parents, but it's great when my brother and I just get to hang out. Cray cuz we used to beat the shit outta each other...hahaha.

Well on to the show.....

I feel ya on the brother front, no other relationship like it.

plants are happy, healthy and growing! So far your mix seems to be doing its job, good going bro. I always like having extra soil amendments around, if you take this soil further you will need it eventually.

I think they will pull through just fine, just some innitial shock dragging on to sensitivity? Did the BNP require lower nuts levels generally?

How old are te seedlings now
From pop they are 24 days. I think it's not bad considering they didn't germ in the soil to begin with. They were then thrown into a little too "hot" mix. I didn't have my timing down quite right with waiting on the soil to work through. Then I was foliar spraying to heavy with neem oil which caused the curling of the leaves. That's my guess anyways. So I'm happy with where they are at. They have certainly taken their abuse. The duration isn't really stressing me right now. I'm just happy they're on their way to recovery. Damn I come off abrasive sometimes...lol. But it's gonna make the references below so much easier.

They are definitely a deeper green then my last couple rounds at this same stage. It's my favorite one (brothers). In all its greatness & quirks. I can only imagine what people think with how we act sometimes when we're out. But it's about me and my bro so FUCK EM. lol.

What soil amendments would your recommend having around? I know G had some recommendations to reamend with. I'd need to look back at the page. I saved it on my comp. Thank goodness for bookmarks. lol.

Sorry to hear that man. Best thing I can say is have a short memory with him. I realize some things can not be easily forgiven, but it was worth a shot right? Didn't mean to pry at all.

The banana puffs, she above paragraph on their abuse...(sigh) I would accept that as a response if I had taken care of them properly. This is on me I think. I can accept that. I still have faith in them. They are durable I can attest to that.

You hit the nail on the head. Let's dispense with the "initial shock" bit though and call it what it is...abuse. :P . I think they'll be great. Positive reinforcement. I got faith in G's skills.

Okay so I was curious what the roots were looking like in the solo cups so I took a peek. The roots looked furry, I'm guessing thats from the microbes and fungi. I did notice really small worms in the soil though. They looked regular worms but slightly more translucent. I'm guessing they may be worms from the EWC. Any ideas?

I think I may need to transplant these babies next week or sooner. I don't want them getting too root bound. My minor issue right now is that I don't have the space under the T5s (I can hook my 2 footer up too if needed) to put them in their final 3 gallon pots. So I may need to put them into 2 gallon pots to conserve space until I can get them sexed. My concern being transplanting them twice may put them in shock if I happen to do it within 2 weeks of each other. You guys know if there's a good rule of thumb on duration to transplant?

I believe the rule of thumb for vegging is 1 gallon per month of life. If you are worried about transplant shock, pick up some superthrive. After you transplant water with 2 drops per gallon and they wont go into shock. I been using it for all gardening, not just mary j for years, probably the single best product out there. I water with it every few weeks, my clones when I am rooting get a few drops in the water to, helps them root faster.

ill keep seeds in them cups for like 4-6 weeks, had to stay up on watering, but it was all good when they hit them 5 gal pots.the plants will represent the pot it in.

aright cool. I don't know if I'll push into 6 weeks but I'll let them go for a couple more. Hopefully they'll show sex around then too. This will get a lot easier once I have my females sorted. Story of my life. lol.

tru dat ^ folks are always saying transplant stress this n that, imo it's BS i've done it in flower veg whatever. it doesn;t really make much difference in flower though the plants done most of it's root development by then.

Yea I have only ever had a plant go into stress one time from transplanting, and that was my fault. Newb lesson learned...don't try to transplant a 20 gallon pot with a 6 foot tree in it on your own.

Papa that probably would have been one of those times where it wouldn't have been a bad idea to ask for a hand. That is a tree alright. Hope everyone is having a great Sunday. I'll be watching the games all day today.
