Can someone identify my leaf problems?

The first plan looks like it has burn marks all over it. In the second one it looks like the leaves are slowly deteriorating. Help me please!

Soil grow, 124W grow lamp, its generally mid 80's in there because I can't ventilate it well enough. Usually 50%+ humidity.

Needs lower temps .needs soil PHed with garden lime.
