1.5'L 17"W 23"H. can these dimensions handle a 150w hps???

Edit: Oh and thats not even the dimensions of the growing section, thats including the ventilation light traps. the cab itself will be 12"L 16"W by 18.5"H. ...

i vote you find a new area........18" isnt enough room even for a scrog...you need at least 3'

most of the pc grows ive seen use cfl with a 1 plant scrog to produce around a 1/4 oz every 3-4 months....is it really worth it?
i go by a foot for pot...a foot for plant and a foot for light....any plant will only grow as big as its root system...so if you compromise the root space you compromise the growth of the plant....

no way you could get 2 oz off of a plant that won't be able to make it a foot. You are gonna seriously need more vertical space to use hid lights and even with cfl's in that space you won't pull 2 oz. 1 oz. max with good cfl's and good genetics, but I would really look into getting a space with more height. Not trying to be negative, but this space just won't work with HID. Good luck anyhow.

Yeah? i was kind of sensing it, plus the more room would =more yeild so i guess i cant go wrong. hmmm, i think ill add around 4 inches making it about 2 feet high of grow space. but no bigger. I guess well all see if thats possible in time. Probably finishi it tonight actually, so ill hit you all up with some pics this week.

Yeah,
i ended up keeping the hight the same but i gave it more floor space. Its grow chamber is now 16 by 15" still 18 inches high. This is going to be tiiiightly aesome.
