roughly translated:

1. don't sell to children
2. don't funnel the money to the mob, gangs, or cartels
3. don't move the weed to non-legal states
4. don't use it as a cover to sell cocaine, meth, and other drugs
5. don't get violent or use guns in the growing or selling
6. don't enable drugged drivers or junkies
7. don't grow on public lands and fuck that shit up
8. don't smoke or hold on federal property

any objections to these simple rules, anyone?

No, very wise rules to sell by, but you forgot one other rule. Don't tell your mother.

How does anyone sell for a long period and not get eaten up with the paranoia of getting busted? If I could bro, if I could...but I'm too afraid.

Damn, and I have the land and seclusion to do it right...

But I'm too afraid...

So I'll stick with my personal indoor grows and just dream.

duh?

i didn't bill this thread as any promise or new law, i just wanted to translate/inspect the guidelines they laid out. they are important. this is basically how cannabis is gonna get re-legalized.

Burning man is on Federal property, so no "holding" there? I'll always be "holding" at a festival, I don't care. That's my objection.

i don't think they'll be changing their guidelines to enforce some strict no-holding policy at burning man all of a sudden.

edit-something tells me they won't really care any more than they do now if you get high around the campfire on some federal wilderness area either.

You could be right that is HOW it will happen.

I object to your rule #2. It seems that you have your criminal gangs confused. Aren't the people that jail others for the so called crime of self ownership the real criminals?

i really wish we could send people to jail for being crybabies, but i suppose the fact that you have to be you is punishment enough.

Maybe if you rub Barack's balls extra special for him, he can drone me.

You DON'T consider the people that chase plant users criminal?

Buck, you realise it says "patients and their individual caregivers..." and that you count as a "for profit" enterprise?

In the exercise equipment sector, obviously.

i consider the real world around me rather than jerking off to some retarded utopia that you developed as some obvious defense mechanism against some rather obvious childhood trauma you clearly had to endure.

normal people don't whine incessantly like you. stepdaddy must have tickled your butthole something wicked.

It's obvious you've used obvious too much obviously. More ennui please.

So in your "real world" the po-po are NOT committing gang like criminal activity ?

that's an analogy that depends on a shitload of teenage angst, just like property taxes make you a slave.

is prohibition dumb? sure.*

are the police equivalent to the mob now? not by any stretch. police are at least minimally accountable for their actions.

go tell the therapist what it was like when drunken stepdaddy touched your butthole.
