Yeah there are two sides to a coin eh... If you don't pull your weight over here, you will either die from starvation or get bitch-slapped by the local communities. I'm all for giving guys a little space in which to do their thing, y'know, but I don't know about hand-outs and such. It just breeds laziness. Especially in a place that is as advanced as the USA, okes will take the piss BIGTIME.
Personally, I'd be like 'You want some food? I'm not going to give you food. I will give you OPPORTUNITY. Here's a shovel, a wheelbarrow, some manure and some seeds, a watering can and a hat to keep the sun out your eyes. Go dig a hole over there, put the other stuff in it, come back to me and I will feed your family'

Oh your funny dude! I volunteer at a local food shelf here in northern Vermont, we had a law maker here named madeline kunin who got the bright idea to send refugees fro Darfur and other area's to this area. For the most part you'd hope things would go ok, but NOOOOOOO apparently they don't treat women the same way in Darfur that we do here, (learning curve?) then we have the older generation who feel the need to physically put hands on people over bread lines in a very giving state. Boy are my eyes opened. I am all for folks being able to get a fresh start here if they are motivated to become an active member of society, however to come to America with your hand out, all the while having a sense of enetitlement while americans that are struggling to just eat watch this and are seriously getting pissed off up here. I watch this happen almost every year here and its getting worse not better. I'd take 5,000 mad Hamish's over what weve been getting whoa!

This isn't a new idea. My hometown no longer exists, Google, Little Saigon. I could tell some stories but I won't. Good luck, with this.

Been there but somehow it was my fault. It was really fucked up. I avoid my wifes mates at all cost now. Its happened more than once. Agreed, some women need to get a reality check, but even when you give them one, the reality check just bounces.

Its one thing to be helpful but when another person wont let u arrange ur own trailer..prepare the meals the way u want..takes over everything ur trying to do ... god I bit my tongue hard...but when my mann gets hurt and another lady decides she can take better care..bitch needs to step off lol

Ah playing it all psychological is she?! That's almost worse. In my case I literally got GRABBED. You have any idea how hard I had to focus to not HIT the thing (sorry but it was a THING not a woman in my opinion). Don't feel like prison, but it was damn close. I think the words ' back the fuck off before I burn your mother's house down' kinda got the point across. I felt pretty ill afterwards. All my poor wife could see was what went down and me calmly talking back to the woman. Explain that shit to your wife. Gods.
