Some kinda Sativa......
You need more soil.
What are your growing conditions?(Humidity, temps, size intake and exhaust fans[if you have any])
Nutrients you plan to use?
Size of grow area?
Lights?
Takes a minimum of 3 weeks(from about now) till you can change the lights to 12/12.
Although she/he(regular or feminized seed??) could take longer to mature enough to start budding.
If it is sativa dominant then you can expect a long flowering cycle. 12-16+ weeks just flowering.
Growing GOOD weed takes time money and energy.

Judging by the look of the leaves, stew may be right. But you will never know until you see how long the flowering process takes.
I would highly suggest transplanting it into a darker pot as soon as possible. Having nutrient rich soil/water in a clear container will result in algae and moss growing in your medium which will ultimately result in pests and other unwanted guests.
You may want to find some soil with a bit more perlite or vermiculite to help with drainage to prevent overwatering, fungus gnats, and root rot.
I would also up your nitrogen a bit as well because your plant looks to be a little pale.
Oh yeah, and lower your lights (if your indoors), she looks a bit stretched.

Yes it is. Just make sure it gets direct sunlight while outside and keep it under lights for 18+ hours while vegging.
When you decide to flower, change the light schedule to a 12 hours of light and 12 hours of dark schedule.

Hey, we're all here to learn.ok cool..and hate me if you want but whats the difference between veggie and flowering?
Vegging is when the plant is growing more foliage and such while under a light schedule with more than 14 hours of light (I suggest that you have it under a 18/6 or 24/0 schedule). And flowering is when the plant starts to produce buds. This happens when the plant is reduced to only 12 hours of light a day.

I've never had a plant flower for 20 weeks, the longest a strain has gone for me was 12 weeks, and that was my super lemon haze.
But to answer your question, the plant will stop growing vertically after the 1-3 week stretching period that it will undergo after being flipped to 12/12.

Plastic is okay. Just make sure the pot is not CLEAR. Have it in black or green or something.
