SOunds like you had a great trip there Beech very pleased for you!! You should ask your buddy what stain they are if he grows them I'd be very interest to know. If you liked the trip you should also aquire a spore print from him, as having and transfering spore prints is completely legal if you have no intention of growing them...... I've still got prints stored from 3-4 strains from when I had my mushies going with the hope to again some time.

I'm in the smallest state in this country
My old middle school had to build a 15 classroom expansion because of 300 new ESL(english as a second language) kids coming in one year.
3 years later the high school did the same thing.
now 15 years later, they are all grown and have 4-5 kids of their own...
I learned a long time ago, Make friends with a few. and you're views about them will change.
Personal experience.
Never did learn Spanish though.... Still tell them to "speak fuckin english". but we can laugh about it being friends for so long.

Nope, nothing to run from except a high employment rate. I first came here 21 years ago and have made 18 trips back. I've wanted to live here but wifey would not move here. We sold our business in Ga and moved to Cali but the job didn't work out; the owner got greedy and screwed me over. So my son suggested we find jobs on a fishing boat here. We didn't find jobs on a fishing boat but I did find a job in my field, so I moved here first and two weeks later our son came and two weeks after him wifey came too. We dug in and have been here ever since. I'm living my dream bro.

I'm a HUGE fan of slow blues the way Jimi did it, using Red House to build strength again, still I can't manage half the licks yet

In South Africa we don't have immigrants as much as refugees. You can't tell a guy to go back to a war-torn country, and he doesn't really want to be HERE, he just wants to be here rather than get tortured and shot while his family gets raped.
The Zimbabwean 'fugees are fucking AWESOME people. How people from such a fucked-up place living in such fucked-up conditions can be so super courteous I don't know, but they are some of the nicest people on this planet. HARD workers, teaching the locals a lesson about the value of putting your shoulders into it a bit. Ah, South Africa, now we have xenophobic violence becoming epidemic. Leave one warzone to come live in another. Poor folks.
I will protect my Zimbo friends with everything I have. NOBODY gets deported on my watch.

Oh your funny dude! I volunteer at a local food shelf here in northern Vermont, we had a law maker here named madeline kunin who got the bright idea to send refugees fro Darfur and other area's to this area. For the most part you'd hope things would go ok, but NOOOOOOO apparently they don't treat women the same way in Darfur that we do here, (learning curve?) then we have the older generation who feel the need to physically put hands on people over bread lines in a very giving state. Boy are my eyes opened. I am all for folks being able to get a fresh start here if they are motivated to become an active member of society, however to come to America with your hand out, all the while having a sense of enetitlement while americans that are struggling to just eat watch this and are seriously getting pissed off up here. I watch this happen almost every year here and its getting worse not better. I'd take 5,000 mad Hamish's over what weve been getting whoa!
