Google it.....I prefer bloom booster. Yes it does lack Cal and mag, the only thing I use besides mg is Epson salt.

Epson just gives sulpher and magnesium.. my tap water is a little low in calcium and magnesium, my sativas eat up mag... I use mg bloom booster, bout half a tsp per gallon of water and I feed every watering. I don't ph but that amount of fertilizer puts my water in a good range based on visual cues from the plants.. I've never ph'd before or used a ppm meter

EDIT: Duh, your old post says it lacks ca and mg, not it HAS ca and mg, i need to slow down.

Qwiz are you using containers? My fear about MG has been that it supposedly lacks the micro neuts. They do not list the concentrations anywhere, so i have assumed its true. Now for folks running outside, or in larger containers until harvest maybe this isn't a problem, but i want to use the MG for my bonsai moms which, again i have HEARD require more micronutes due to all the cutting.

Nice thanks bro I did three plants without ph ing they still did relatively well but they are half the size of there sisters I've never ppm Ed I'm a budget grower lol I was feeding every water also now I'm watering twice a day in my pots and every other day for the in ground I've been thinking about using molasses but not sure how much to use any input

When I was doing aero I had problems with mg I believe your right no control over macro soil grows or at least mine are having excellent results mind you my garden is an old horse pasture so a lot of Mac in the soil already

I'm currently growing in mg "hempy buckets" I use equal parts mg to perlite and water daily.. up until about a year ago I was an outdoor grower and still used mg, no pots just planted right in the ground after germ.. both cases I use mg bloom booster, their flowering nutes are actually designed to be ran hydroponically or exclusively through foliar feeding. Because of this only their flowering nutes don't have a soil penetrant ( I don't know what that is, but it sounds bad to me) they also have more chelated ingredients......their dirt does not contain micro nutes only npk values....I use AV mg and the equal parts perlite to add drainage and to cut the nutes in the AV ( straight AV can burn seedlings) but AV has more peat and coco, I've tried all their soils and even though this has a bit more n the medium is perfect. I absolutely hate the seed starting mix, in contrast its like a powder. When dry if you blow on it, its like a smoke bomb. Just my experiences....

Anyway mg bloom booster has boron copper iron manganese mo and zinc. Its missing the really minor nutes, silicone for example but it does have everything you need to grow healthy plants besides calmag

Why thank ya..... yeah I often joke that I could be a mg rep....I calculate I spend a total of 27 cents per gram in my indoor grow. I don't think that would be possible buying a million bottles of fancy crap. But I dont know, I prefer the simplicity

http://www.dyna-gro.com/Hahaha mg.... Just cause it grows doesn't mean your getting a good yeild, or flavor mg always has a taste, I can smell/taste on every crap outdoor turkey bag I get. Have you ever compared your results with another indoor farmer using Gh or Dyna-gro, they probably make your mg look bad lol but to each they're own anybody who tells me trey use foxfarm or mg nutes I just laugh. And if you like simple and want an actually complete nutrient check out that Dyna-gro stuff it's retardly cheap and is talked about all over and if you go on there site they have a analysis done comparing Dyna-gro vs the general fertilizer found at home improvement stores

Oh and as to molasses.. I don't have much of an opinion, I've done side by sides with flushing different mediums ratios ect but I've never tried with and without molasses at the same time..so it might just be placebo but I do feel it sweetens the smell a bit.. mainly I use it if I have lockout or certain deficiencies. Molasses is a chelating agent and will allow your plant to absorb mo for example if its being locked out by too much magnesium.. I don't use it regularly because it messes with my nute regimen throwing ph and adding nitrogen, I don't know. I use it every now and again mainly as I said with lockouts or deficiencies but I do use it during the last week or so. It makes the dirt smell wonderful and I hope the sweetness translates into the bud... but sugars make your smoke harsh and not tastey, the purpose of the cure is to break down these sugars and chlorophyll (besides cyclisizing aromatic terpenes) so in my head molasses is counterproductive

But I use the same ratio per gallon as my nutes.. I've used up to 2 tbs per gallon without issues though (again it will add n and mess with ph) I prefer a tsp per gallon



And yes I've tried many other growers herb (several of my friends also grow and don't use mg) I've also had dispensary herb..... mine tastes just as good and I actually get much better yields than them..but I only grow landrace sativas. That probly has a lot to do with it

Nobody here uses all purpose.... that would be one of the nutes I wouldn't use. I recommended any flowering nutes. Besides sodium and chlorine are in the water

And I'm pretty sure I've never seen or even heard of cobalt or nickel deficiencies .0001 ha that's laughable. Your tap probly has all those metals in such small traces

The only real thing its missing is mag and sulpher. Both come from Epson everything else is in the tap water.....seriously though mg produces fine results, I think we all actually said you could improve your product by a small percent with better nutes but that small percent isn't worth it. Everyone who has ever tried my bud loves it. Usually a lot more so than what they were smoking...if you didn't get as good of results its you the growers fault. Nutes are nutes my box says mg


And to correct it actually does have chlorine and sulfur and sodium its just attached to other nutes for example copper sulfate

so mg does have sodium sulfur chlorine. And it has cobalt at just under .01 nickel at .089 and selenium at .03 not listed on the box but according to wsda or through regulatory info sc which has to test for all metals says so..... it has all 16 nutes... if you wish to argue about it I can put up multiple tests performed on their bloom booster
