Buying house/grow room question

I am buying a foreclosed 2 family house for pretty cheap. It needs a lot of work. New electric everything and plumbing plus a lot of drywall.

There are three rooms that are perfect for what I need. They are dirty as shit and have no wiring to them. I plan to clean the whole house out and get an electrician in to re wire the house( does anyone know how much that will cost? I will need two breakers) I will have one veg room and two flowering(haven't decided which rooms i will use for each yet one will be in one apt and 2 in the other) how should I have them wired and what kind should I use? I'm hoping to use 4x1000w lights for flower and a 600w with cfls for veg.

I'm gonna clean everything with bleach. Air everything out then paint with killz. Insulate with plastic and use Mylar around the walls. ventalation, filters everything. And seal/tarp off these areas if the house while the rest is being fixed.

Would the work being done cause any problems? The main focus during renovation would be these rooms

I'm not too sure what everything is called electric wise. The electric upstairs is separate from the downstairs. Fuse box maybe?

I don't know if this is possible because I'm not a home owner (never needed to look into it) or electrician but can you rewire those rooms to run 240v instead of the standard 120v? If so could you potentially double power coming from that room?

Also what should I tell the electrician. I don't really know exactly what I'm talking about and he will end up asking me what I'm gonna need it for and I don't want to say "to grow weed"

you will need top notch wire, new breakers, prolly a sub panel .... will cost alot... Ypu can run 4 lights on a dedicated 30 amp breaker at 240... with proper wire.... DO NOT START ANY GROWING UNTIL THE ENTIRE HOUSE IS CLEANNED AND RENOVATED . You will run into problems that you are causing .. from the sounds of it you need to do some research and understand the cost, and the things you need to do safely .... or you can burn the bitch down....

Tell him you breed Peppers..
Go online read a few pages about peppers and breeding and just spout some bullshit he'll stop caring after the first sentence...

Search youtube for hydroponic peppers and you'll see a lot of videos of people with grow rooms in their house for peppers and other veggie/fruit... So its not uncommon...

Do you have a local hydro store ? I've heard you can go there and ask if they recommend an electricians.

When I wanted to buy a house I hadn't got enough money. So, I decided on an old building which I was going to renovate a bit. Thankfully, prices on siding are affordable and I was able to make the house look good soon. But I had to accept bad conditions in it. Not a big deal though.

I researched this recently and if I remember correctly, it costs somewhere between $600 and $1,000 to replace an entire breaker box, or to install a new one.

Tell him you are going to be doing Bitcoin mining. That takes a lot of power.

I would try to have a 20 amp circuit run for each 1000 watts of light. Since you are starting from scratch, might as well make sure you have plenty of headroom on those circuits. That way, you can run each 1000 watts of light and also run fans, pumps, and everything else without worrying about maxing them out.

Oops. Holy shit, I didn't even look at it. Just figured since it was on the front fucking page it would be new. My bad. That's what two hours sleep will do for you. Going back to bed, lol.
