Guerilla growing in FL?

I am in south FL and have some perfect places to grow, but have some questions. One, is it too hot? I see everyone saying they need temps kept at 75-78* or whatever… If I use autoflowering plants, can’t I just go harvest them every 4-5 weeks since they just do their thing and will bloom again if left alone? Here it is really wet, but I can create an area with enough drainage and will make sure drainage isn’t an issue. I was going to grow inside, but here in FL the laws are nuts right now and I am just starting them inside and planting the small plants and will check on them once a week or so. Any tips on this? What strains would work best? This is mostly for personal use, but I would like a nice yield so that I can share. I am eager to learn, but it seems that everyone has their own way of doing things and I am willing to try just about anything :)

If you plant some plants near a highway, I think that maybe all the carbon emissions will help the plants cope with excess heat?

There are lots of outdoor growers in FL. You'll be fine. One thing, and I may have misread, but I'm pretty sure autos only flower once.
If that is correct, you'll need to keep planting them for a perpetual harvest. Good Luck w/ your grow!

Won't the heat cause issues? It's hot as hell here. If so, what is the best yielding strain for the south FL heat?

Id say pick any Indica Dominant hybrid you can. The heat wont be as big of an issue as the humidity... Thats the truth. Iv never grown outdoors so I wouldnt be much help for strategic advice but I can tell you the heat isnt your biggest enemy.
Are you in north, central, or south florida? How you answer this will determine how I feel about the climate you may be growing in

I'm in South FL. I wanted to get them in the ground before the end of the rainy season, so it will be dryer when they are flowering...

i am a fellow floridian as well, go gators!!!!!! and i second Pauln chuck on humidity being the issue, mold if you dont pre plan for it. thats why i stay indoors, you control everything, generally speaking, but the yields are of no comparison, ill be curious too see how you do in fl outside, as have wondered myself, great sun, long days, rain everyday(small amounts) @ 2 lol.... ill be watching good luck man!

Dumbass lol, thats carbon monoxide which kills plants, your thinking about carbon dioxide. Plus its hotter near the roads, and plants are easier to spot. I also nominate this for the dumbest sentence in the history of humanity.

If you do things right... All year harvest is possible. In theory you can get 3-4 harvest yearly depending on weather. You can get at least a zip or more a plant nearly year round. I recently decided to go guerrilla style. Less exposure to myself.

I time my grows based on the rainy seasons. I will say this early spring harvest are possible.:shock:

Just plant at least two months before May. Then it gets better...about the end of April to the beginning of may. Plant seeds, seedlings and clones. Them bitches get big so timing for harvest is critical.

As far as strains I choose sativa dominate. Currently have satori and super critical sensi star in my stable. Reason I choose sativas they resist mold better than the indies. But I get away with indica as well. Hence the reason I keep my scss around. I plant indies during dry seasons. Best part about FL. We get to try the sought after haze strains.bongsmilie

Limit strain selections to about 1-3 for noobs. This way you learn what works and what doesn't.
