The premise is right. It's not about whether I'm right or not. If I disagreed with the premise, then I'd be wrong. Utopia has little to do with this, the point I'm making is what matters is what is intrinsically right or wrong. Majority opinions do not confer "being right" on something intrinsically wrong.
Ah finally I see it. You are not making that point. You are only proposing it.
You are switching the argument to religion, and personal morals and ethics. Right and Wrong. You are trying to make the point that you can say there is an absolute right and wrong. Not for you to say. So, I reject and otherwise stamp upon the point you fail to make.
The majority is not trying to make what is right and wrong. And I seriously hope you see this reality.
WE say what we want. WE say what we don't want. ONLY.
In your morality play is this clear for you now? NO RIGHT AND WRONG in the Constitution, boy, are you confused.
Only the WILL of the People.
Now the common knowledge is right from wrong, or good from bad. But I will help you by saying it is much more simple.
Is it OK or not? Vet that according to the laws that reflect the Will of the Majority. See, if you don't like it, that is neither right nor wrong, either. Better now?
If you thought that was what this USA is about, no wonder.
