Hard to imagine how a 3 foot high space offers advantages over a 5 foot high space (as far as the plants are concerned). You don't have to use all 5 feet if your lighting strength or time-line won't allow it. But you'd have the ability in case you did want to.

I like how you're using the actual walls of that space for your "cabinet". Probably gains you an extra inch or so around the perimeter vs. using free-standing cab. Doesn't sound like much but when you veg a tad too long or whatever every bit of floor space helps.

What kind of lighting are you gonna use?

tats the thing im very tight on money so ima have to go with fluors im also thinkin of dividing it bottom use for veg period and top flowering veg would use fluors and im buy a hps for flowering when the time comes so it will be a cycle here a pic of my system not finish

So is the 4' chamber going to be the bottom part of your dual chambers?
well from floor to celing is about 8ft so i divided it to two 4' chambers so i can constaly be growing another question is im goin to have to close it up with dry wall and put small doors or would it be better to leave open and put like a curtian to cover front my moms dont mine me growing she jus the want it in open for everyone to see
