Is there an actualy organic Cal nutrient?

My grow is an outdoor organic grow. I just came along a cal mag problem. Mag is easy to fix but calcium eh lol going to take forever to break down most things that have it in it

So is there a nute line for cal that i can use thanks
 
none of the micro/macro nutrients needed to grow dank pot are organic . . . . . .organic derived and organic are two very different things
 
i use calimag no nitrogen and 0-1-0 on the npk scale but i only use it for cal/mag eaters like chem lines or my hogsbreath

and since no macro micro are actually organic you can use it like any other drench , (i use this and silica on my water days...aka no feed)

do you make your own soil or do you follow a recomendation and same question for your feed or what do you use as your avg feed

Well im in a bind, i do have some Botanicare Calmag. i was hopeing not to use any chemicals but i cant let this spread anymore. Do you reckon it will still be good, i bought it last year.
 
dude got to get your mind out of this modern pseudo science butt fuck

thier are no organic macro or micro nutrients, only organically derived, most of which takes a long time to degrade to the point of usage, like greensand takes almost a year to break down, kelp products dont fully break down for at least 4 weeks . . and the list goes on



, calcium and magnesium in various forms are elements, not chemicals


i think roasted crab shells should be a organic cal mag derivative. but it takes time, if your deficient today it wont work like a bottled organic additive ready for absorption

please educate your self on soil e.c and cannon anon elemtn exchange and well as che lating agents (which i can not remember for the life of me right now)
 
Next time add some crushed Dolomite Lime to your soil and you will not have to worry , Hydrated lime is very harsh but is used by farmers as it will raise pH and provide a quick release of Calcium
 
I did add some lime, but i was really conflicted on how much to add. For my 5 gallon pots i added like a pinch of lime... i have no damn clue if that was enough or not

My lime is pellet calcitic lime. Well i just gave each plant 1tsp per gallon of water. Though it doesnt seem like a lot. Will the effected leaves be toast or will they recover?

Thanks man, ive just read conflicting reports on how long eggshells, and lime takes to break down the calcium. i guess i could have gone the TUM TUM TUM TUM TUMS route but i had a bottle of CALMAG and im broke so i went with that instead. Thanks for the reply though! :mrgreen:

Depends if you top dressed with it or mixed it in before you planted,
There are plenty of opinions on how much to use either way if you Google it.
