Anyone here into gambling??? Personally im not a gambler but I have a couple of friends that are seriously addicted to texas holdem and they win and lose thousands of dollars at a time. I find that just crazy. Ive been to the casino once and got wasted and lost about $20 on slots. Whats your vice? Blackjack, poker, craps, roulette? If you are successful do you have any strategies that increase your chances of winning or a particular style of playing???

Most gambling machines come with a algorithm of winning/ losing streaks.
Modern machines in casinos can be controlled together to win or lose at certain times as the programmer desires.

Cards and dice? I dunno, I don't gamble.

i've never heard about that, and i don't know how you'd program it to be possible.

but every single game and machine in the casino is programmed to pay out at less than 100% given enough time/plays.

Yes, they aren't free.
Slot type machines have always been 'rigged' to pay for themselves.
With modern technology casino machines are linked together to provide an artificial output.

I used to play blackjack (basic strategy) bet on horses, pacers, dogs. Now just have a weekly small bet a few games of AFL football (google it) in an accumulator/multi picking my own line on each game. It's a small bet for possible good return, this week I had a $10 bet it was only 5 games for $135 return, one team won by 9 points I had them to win by more than 16.5 points so I lost, got the rest right . Couple weeks ago did one $50 got back $350 or so. It's an interest in the game I like and I get to watch it on tv too so its fun. Full time gambling is for people who have inside knowledge or who can cheat somehow. But yeah poker playing is much a skill.

lmfao, just get a picture of a dude sitting at a slot machine with a note pad and pen taking it all down till he figures it out. people daily try this shit and it never works NEVER!!!!. yoou can't predict nor can you do anything to help yourself win the slot machines. the amount of money it takes to get it right is allot more than the pay out. it was on CSI once , dude explained that there was an infinate number of possiblities. again it can't be done.

Not a big gambler. I work too hard for my money just to chance it all away. The wife on the other hand... them Asians love their gambling. My city legalized gambling several years ago and built a huge casino. We go there for my wife's birthday every year. It's usually pretty fun. I stick to losing $80 on the slots then call it quits. The wife posts up at Roulette and loses a mortgage payment.

We went and eloped to Vegas a few years back. I actually won on 2 separate slots at the Riviera and pretty much had the whole vacation paid for. The wife sat at Roulette for a week straight broke even. So she says.

It can be done you just need software like mat lab and a serious amount of time.

They say it is based off a random number generating code, but than means someone had to write the random code.

When I had money, I enjoyed going to Lake Tahoe.
I would limit myself $100.00, often spending the whole day/night inside, cheap entertainment on a per hr basis.
I do remember once returning to the car before it had the chance to cool off, that day was meant for sightseeing taking the long way home.

Love the games, don't love losing money on them. I understand the desire for a flutter, though. My grandfather was a man prone to it in his youth, and to much disaster and heartbreak as well as profit and glee. He's in his seventies now and can still run a table. Wish I'd had the hand for it.

Not much on big money gambling, reason is I have gathered, I am not big money . I am down for a nickel, dime, quarter game just about every Saturday night when we are at the lake. Once in a while we get 2 games going, we draw the limit to 5 peeps a table, 6 once in a while if it is just Texas Hold'em. Worst case scenario, the wife and I lose 20 bucks, hell I have bought bags of seeds and stems for more...lol

Get some wicked shuffleboard games going as well on a 14 foot table, great stoner game for sure, as you can stay seated while playing :eyesmoke:.

Peace
