Plant growing at an angle

My plant is about four weeks old.. its growing to the side.... I have put a stake in the pot before but it just doesn't seem to make it grow straight

The roots are really too deep to move the plant around

If i leave it this way will it be a problem..

Also what is this slight discoloration on a few of the leaves

If the stem was put in the ground crooked, the plants going to grow crooked, pretty simple concept I'd say, especially if it's in a small container, can't right itself, and doesn't have light sufficient to build hormones to push it straight.

On a side note, the discoloration looks like magnesium deficiency and it looks like the soil is pretty dry. Maybe add calmag or epsom salt.
