First Time AF Grow

quick dry a sample from a lower bud site and you be the judge
just cut it up real fine with scissors put it on a sheet of paper and spread it thin it will dry in 15-30 mins or so
then smoke a bowl

Will do in about 30 minutes and let you know...also the fan leaves (or fan leaf cause that's the only one) started to yellow about 5 days ago...

I'm not really much on giving you advice since I don't know what i'm doing either, but it looks real good man! I'll be looking forward to a smoke report soon!

Thanks for the support bro...she doesn't smell much except close up (which is good for a woman ) but i'll give a quick dry smoke report in a bit and then if things go as planned a full out report in about two weeks...also looking forward to yours!

As Tek suggested, i did a quick dry using a paper bag and a circulation oven set on a low temperature. Well, he really suggested that i smoke a lower one but because he's been so helpful i thought i'd give him the full credit... I left it in there for about 10-15 minutes and then chopped 'em up a bit more. The harshness wasn't nearly as much as expected seeing as they were still green (i think the molasses has something to do with that) and they burned a bit more like dried and cured than what you would get from "just thrown in the oven for a bit."
Needless to say, I'm not able at the moment to really give a fully comprehensible report, so I would say the smoke is ready and she'll be harvested tonight, to be really sampled for good in about 2 or 3 weeks...

They're (both) sticky and nice smelling...just like they should...after dry and cure, there'll be a smoke report to come!!!

The test went well. I'd thought that I left a little report but it doesn't seem that i saved it or ever finished it...so i guess that's a sign everything went well. I know after the dry and cure it will be much better...problem is that there wasn't much to begin with so i don't know how much of the final product will see a proper cure!

Pulled the remains of the girl today and started a new one...but just like the royal baby, i won't divulge the name until she's (at least the sex I know) until she's been born!!!

Well, the smoke was good but little...I've pretty much finished it!!! It kinda creeps up on you and gives you a nice 3 or 4 hours of calm but still able to function. I harvested when most of the trichs were cloudy and almost no amber...it was my choice and next time I might wait a little longer but I doubt it.

In any event, I had a photo which was growing and I put it to 12/12 to sex it and, of course, the result was a boy:



so, i decided to start a new auto using the same set-up as before, maybe this time getting a better yield and especially height as the last was a true dwarf.

I've decided to go with a Dinafem Fruit Autoflowering:


Those pix are from the evening of July 23rd. She actually sprouted on July 27th. So, we'll start the countdown from that date. Here she is now, already in her permanent home:


We'll see how this one turns out. I'm pretty excited for the Fruit because I've never actually experienced one before. Hopefully the Dinafem rep is true!

Well, I can't say that I was surprised it turned out to be male. I had five White Ice seeds and three of them were female, one I killed during germination and the last was this male...just wishful thinking I guess! Thanks for the good thoughts, i'll keep them going in your direction as well!

Nice quote, gotta remember that one! I hope the dinafem pans out...right now, she's just a little baby but I think I can get her to grow a lot better than the Royal Dwarf...which I'm not knocking by any means...the last buds after they had cured for a week or two were really really amazing! I think I might revisit that strain and try again. But I also have some Grape Muertes which you told me about that I want to try as well! Not to mention some photos...I think I might have to invest in a bigger grow room!!!

they get med- large pretty colors
if you give them atleast 3 gals of some real airy soil
and keep your light up a little higher make them stretch at first then after 3 nodes or so bring it down
i keep my light at 30-36" the entire grow i just let them stretch to the light when they get too tall i tie them down
