Yep, I did this; Jarred them early. Got mold on one of my buds; I emptied all my jars out and put them under some moving air. I plan to do this for 24 hours before jarring them again.
It sounds like you live in a similar climate to me. The humidity at night is always above 80% and it's not uncommon for it to be in the 90's. The temps drop to the low 80's at night and rise to the low 90's during the day. Drying takes forever, usually about a week and I HAVE to have air moving in the room. It usually takes a dehumidifier as well.
I tried something new and jarred them up thinking it would just be an extended curing process, but it didn't work out that way. Maybe if you opened the jars everyday for a couple of hours with a fan blowing over them... I'd hate for you to lose your harvest. One thing I have had success with in the past is to put the buds in the freezer; spread out. It will take a while, but through the process of sublimation, the buds will eventually dry.
It also seems to have messed up the aroma a little. There is an alcoholish smell in the jars and once they aired out, there was no smell at all. None of that nice green smell I'd become accustomed to.
